Fantasy of Beauty Academy is expanding operations into Zimbabwe. However, the launch of the Zimbabwean branch has been postponed as she is currently pregnant.
A astute businesswoman, she believes in fundamental principles, she intends to be present during the initial setup phase after the baby’s arrival, emphasising the importance of establishing the company’s culture, work ethic, values, and mission firsthand to her team in those crucial early months. This is important, as the founder should establish the grand plan and identity of the company, which is crucial to get that right during the initial set up stages of the business.
